The most common need for replacement parts comes from a gear up landing or a gear collapse. The nose gear and steering assembly is the most common high wear items in need of replacement parts.

We have a FAA approved welding spec., weld jigs and qualified welders and machinist to maintain factory new tolerances. Parts are properly re-heat treated, cleaned, painted and yellow tagged and all applicable bulletins & A.D.’s are complied with.

LASAR is needing to move its Mooney salvage yard again—3 rd time in five years. We have a bunch of repaired and repairable wings and wing sections and pieces suitable for parts, fuel bladders, 201 cabin section with door, tail/ empennage assemblies with control surfaces, over 50 rudders , elevators, and flaps, a 252 wing with speed brakes and gear and cabin, 1965 M20C for parts , tailcones and fuselages. Also project planes: 1980 201, Cabin and baggage doors, cowl flaps and cowlings.
As I mentioned before– We’ve organized our many years collection of Mooney small parts from our attics including : Control wheels, shafts, Knobs, levers, latches, handles, rudder petals, control tubes and brackets, brakes, wheels, shock links, gear doors, strobes, nav lights, switches& circuit breakers, old instrument panels and plastic interior pieces, and seats. Also New windshields and windows, old visor parts. Many Lycoming engine parts and accessory cores and some TCM TSIO 360 parts and coolers and accessories. Magnetos’, governors, starters, alternators and generators. Floor to ceiling exhaust parts. Baffles early and later E & F and M20J. Engine mounts and a LYC. IO 360 A1A core complete. Propellers and spinners –Hartzell and McCauley– also hubs and blades. Used avionics and electric trim systems and Brittain A/P pieces. Gear Actuators –Dukes—Avionics Products –Plessy. This stuff is not in our computerized new inventory, but we can find it now—so call us for anything Mooney–we probably have it!
Recently aquired Mooney New surplus inventory includes a hugh number of out of production spare parts and instruments, still new in boxes, for earlier Mooney models. These parts are more in demand than ever.
