LASAR PARTS RETURN POLICY

The return of parts requires prior authorization from LASAR. Please include a copy of the original sales invoice or

LASAR-supplied RMA & note the reason for return on this paperwork.

Parts must be returned within 30 days from date of invoice in new condition. No returns on electrical parts will be honored. A 6% restocking fee applies to all stock parts and a 20% restocking fee on special ordered or drop shipped parts. Freight, shipping, and/or drop ship fees will be the responsibility of the returner and must be pre-paid.

Please ship all returned parts to the address noted on the invoice with a copy of the sales invoice in the package.

CORES

Applicable core charges are billed NET30 terms. All cores must be returned to LASAR's Prineville, OR location within 30 days of original invoice date. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture of core charge, and purchaser will be billed and/or origin; form of payment may be automatically charged.

Please wipe down or clean core prior to packaging.

Cores are subject to inspection and may be rejected at the discretion of LASAR. Rejected cores shall be treated as

non-returns, and purchaser will be responsible for the payment of associated core charge(s).

Please return cores to the address noted on this invoice with a copy of the original invoice in the package. If cores are returned to another location, a penalty equal to the cost of shipping the package will be billed.

Tool RENTALS & DEPOSITS

Tool rental deposits are collected at the time of rental. Deposits will be credited upon receipt by LASAR of the returned tool(s), on the premise that the tools are returned in the same condition they were in when they left LASAR.

*Please return the tool(s) to the address noted on this invoice with a copy of this invoice in the package. If tools are returned to another location, a penalty equal to the cost of shipping the package from that location to Lakeport will be deducted from your deposit refund.

If this Sales Order is provided for quoting purposes, prices and/or lead times provided are estimated to the best of our ability. While we do our best to communicate changes, price and lead times are subject to change without notice.

Freight and/or shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to the final invoice at the time of shipment. If freight or shipping charges are estimated on a Sales Order, they are only an estimate and are subject to change contingent on shipping location, package size and/or weight, and/or carrier's pricing.

CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMANCE

The products, articles or parts referenced on this document are in new or overhauled condition and were purchased from an approved source (FAA, EASA, TCCA, Mil spec or Commercial). The original manufacturers' certifications are maintained on file at our central office location, and copies are available upon request at LASAR, Inc. For overhauled or repaired products, articles or parts, the original FAA 8130-3/EASA Form 1 (Return to Service) or Yellow Tag, from the FAA/JAA/EASA approvec Air Agency are attached to the component.
